Come from 1:30-3pm Mon-Thurs for BOGO happy hour, though!It's a popular place so the wait can sometimes be a couple of minutes with just 2-3 workers behind the counter.My go-tos are the Panda Milk Tea (I love my pleasantly chewy jellies and boba pearls!) and/or the Star Jelly Grapefruit Green Tea. I like to get everything with half sugar and half ice. :) I've never tried their creme brulee waffles before, but it smells absolutely heavenly whenever someone else orders one, haha.Chairs and tables have been well-used now and a bit dented and stained. More of a take-to-go place for sure!Luckily, there's plenty of free parking in this spacious shopping lot. :)“

“Our company ordered a bunch of drinks for all the employees today. The four options were brown sugar milk tea with boba, peach green tea with aloe, milk tea with boba and the strawberry matcha with boba. I picked the strawberry matcha with boba and it was so deliciously good. You can taste the fresh strawberry purée and the sweetness was just right. Surprisingly I couldn't taste much of the matcha but the color was on point. The boba was very soft and chewy and it complemented the drink well. I'm actually quite surprised that this place opened up in Hayward and i never got a chance to try it. Anyways, I will stop by in the future to try their other drinks.“
“There are lots of good options for food menu and drinks at this T4 location, but I always stick to my favorite - Takoyaki and Elegant rose royal tea. Their egg puff and Popcorn chicken are delicious as well. They tend to get busy in the afternoon but service is fast and the staff are friendly.Parking: just a minute walk from free parking lot“
“Small smoothie/juice shop Located in the Hayward hills. We come here all the time since we live close by and it never disappoints. Workers are friendly and helpful. It can take about 10-15 min to get your drink (depending on crowds, how many workers). Everything tastes fresh. I always get the #1.. strawberry smoothie.. my husband always tries something new. And has never complained about a single one. Definitely worth the drive up the hill if you want something other than your typical Jamba Juice.“
