8-Twelve is a true neighborhood gem. It is the kind of place where kids can grab a snack and a fun drink for a reasonable price, and then just relax after school. Even though it is not as close to the middle or high school as some of the other hangouts, it has become one of our favorites.

I been coming to this place with my kids food and drinks are cheap and good we love it
Such a hidden gem! My brother and I come here quite often and the workers always treat us with so much care. The boba is always delicious and the prices are great. The workers also always hand us a complimentary bubble waffle stick, which we greatly appreciate and love. Heavily recommend.
