This was our first time in today and the people who are working were so friendly and even gave us a waffle to try, the drinks were delicious, the chairs and atmosphere were comfy and relaxing, this will definitely become a staple for us in the neighborhood.

I ordered 2 drinks and asked for an extra glass, they didn't give it to me, they told me they didn't have any glasses.When I picked up my drinks, I took an extra straw to share my drink with a family member. When I was sitting in the chair, the person came out and took the straw from me. There was only one straw per drink, that's what he told me and I wanted to use the bathroom and it didn't work. It had a big sign. What did it say out of order?I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Let’s start with right away the owner doesn’t want to work. He was in a horrible mood when taking my order. Toppings are extra and I asked for strawberries and bananas and got 1 piece of each. It was hard and burnt and asked to get another one. I was watching from a farther distance and he throw it away then took it out the trash and put the strawberry and banana inside again. That’s disgusting very unprofessional, especially since I have been coming since they open. That’s messed up, he robably thought I wasn’t looking.

This place is awesome, Ive only gotten drinks but the large size drink is huge and it was perfect, I usually ask for 50% sweet and it was just right. Some other places are wayy to sweet. Good prices and while you are waiting for your drink they have games to play

Customer service sucks. The man usually worker the counter never responds when you ask how he's doing or even bothers to ask back. The gentlemen making the drinks usually has a more upbeat attitude so I was excited to see him on the register today but that changed quickly as he was taking my order .. I asked for extra extra strawberry jelly topping (as I normally do the 1-2x a week I come here) and he coldly responded "the best I could do is two scoops that's about it" soooo no option to pay more for extra topping? & was never an issue with my past orders. Next I requested my drink extra sweet (I like to ask for extra syrup instead but get corrected to *extra sweet instead) this time I was told the flavor I get isn't possible to be sweet in which I wanted to respond matching his energy and let him know I basically want extra syrup so I'm drinking an actual drink and not just ice as it usually taste like when I don't make this request...Overall, customer service is going to sh** and it sucks that loyal customers who come here so often are treated like this.

Never had a bad icy, or bad crepe, theres so much to do inside really great for a hangout! I love their green tea ice cream crepe and oml its so good. Its really cheap and good food for anyone who wants something sweet for good price!

Also prices are good compared to other places.Kid-friendliness: They have a game room. However, there is a limit of stay I think nits because of Ovid. Also, they like to put up the kids' or adults' drawings. Which i think is coolWheelchair accessibility: No stairs

No bathroom for customers, for a restaurant that holds atleast 50 seats that's clearly a lie. I knew It was specifically Not for me. No wonder why whito ppl said on tiktik that Chineso's are not allowed near them. Just like dogs and blaco ppl. in the parallel

The crepes were okay. Just what you would expect from a regular crepe. However I am rating it this low based on the customer service. The cashier was an older man who did not greet us. He did not make us feel welcome and was very dry answering our questions. His demeanor was that of someone who hates their job and doesn't want to be there. As we went to sit for our crepes we notice that there are activities and things to do while you wait for your food. We asked if we could use the restroom and the other man working there said there was no restroom. When we could clearly see the restroom. How do you have a sit in spot that serves food and drinks but does not offer a restroom to it's customers. Needles to say we will not be returning. There are way better crepe places with better ambience, food and customer service.
