To me, the beignets here are legit BETTER than the ones they serve at cafe Du Mond. I think PF should really think about selling the thick hot chocolate that is also served in NOLA, and folks will turn up in droves! I think PF is a hidden gem that not enough folks in the bay area are aware of.
