I like the beignets here & hoped to get some for our afternoon coffee.The sign says they close at 6pm on Saturday but as soon as we walked in at 5pm the woman behind the counter said they were closed. At least put a sign on the door that you’re closing early. This is how to deter future customers. I wonder if management knows they closed down an hour early. They need to hire better people.

To me, the beignets here are legit BETTER than the ones they serve at cafe Du Mond. I think PF should really think about selling the thick hot chocolate that is also served in NOLA, and folks will turn up in droves! I think PF is a hidden gem that not enough folks in the bay area are aware of. I think it's mainly due to how understated the spot is.Kid-friendliness: Lots of items on the menu to order for kids.Parking: Parking will definitely be an issue during the week. On the weekend, however you'll find available parking. It might still be a challenge, but definitely not as much as the weekday.

staff are always friendly and patient, food and drink are all reasonably priced, proportions are perfect (in my opinion), good variety in pastries and drinks, calm atmosphere even with the school and bart right next door :)Vegetarian options: they have veggie sandwiches, salads and there's also the option to create your own sandwichDietary restrictions: there's nondairy options for drinks and everything's customizable. if there's a question you have about their pastries and the ingredients, staff are always willing to help out :)

I love to visit this place when I fly down to visit my boyfriend. We usually order their beignets, which are great. That's kinda our thing. We like to sit in and share a ham and cheese crepe, with one of their smoothies. A great place to just sit in and take a break. Definietly reccommend this place.

Super friendly staff. Breakfast sandwich was good. Beignets were cold the first time but we asked for complained and they remade warm ones for us and it was great. Hot chocolate had too much vanilla flavor for our taste and was a bit watery. Regular coffee was just ok.
if I can give 0 stars for 2days service I would as many years ive been coming here 2 this place the lady who normally cooks she was very rude 2day these past few visits have been like this and if she doesn't want to wondering with all ethnicities she shouldn't be working here she is making the business looks bad!!!

Mexican spiced hot chocolate was good. Got a breakfast sandwich with spinach and tomato. Was falling apart a bit but otherwise good. Staff were very friendly. Bring cash.

Only thing I have a problem with, is the beignet's but that mostly because I don't like that much powder sugar. Other than that everything was great loved the ham and cheese crepe and the cookie monster frappe, but to me it was a little pricey but this might change since it's been a cool minute since the last time I visited
