“I've been coming to Suju's for the longest time now, and everytime I think of a place to finish my work and be productive, Suju's is definitely the place to go for me. It's not just the environment, but it's also the drinks that they have. They don't just have your basic cup of joe -- they pour a wide variety of beverages that span from classic espresso drinks to matcha lattes, ube lattes, and cold frappes that hit on warmer afternoons. I find that matcha-based options have raving reviews almost like the espresso coffee drinks as well.
Recently I got a matcha espresso latte, and while the matcha taste was subtle, the shots still sat bold in my palate. It was balanced, whether you're sipping straight or in a milk-forward drink.

The service and hospitality is pretty top-notch as well :)

Suju's in Union City has literally been my morning ritual for the longest time now. The one thing I really commend them for is their steady stream of espresso classics as well as the warm seating and a laid-back atmosphere help it feel less chain and more neighborhood hub, especially if you're popping in to study, chat, or just savor a cup.“

“I enjoy their drinks here. The only complaint is they take a long time to prepare the drinks. I guess it’s takes time to make excellent tasting drinks. But it does turn me off sometimes from stopping here. Other than that the crafty lemon drinks hit the spot.“

“Great boba and croquettes. Strawberry+banana smoothie was perfect. Really pleasant and fine ice texture. The brown sugar boba was tasty and perfect texture. Also some of the pearls were cold enough to firm up perfectly, reminiscent of a frozen strawberry or other fruit. The croquette was cooked crispy and included katsu sauce, I think.“

“Best juices and shots ever you can see live they make fresh juices and organic Samosas and shots was really good, I was sick and i want something healthy, I was looking and the cashier recommended the shots they have ginger and tumeric mix that was really good, it helped me a lot i can see it is really working.
I tried there Red cure which has apple celery beets carrots ginger it is really good. I can feel little better after drinking this.

“Had a wonderful evening at Hops and Beans Cafe! We visited on a Saturday evening, and the live jazz band created such an amazing vibe in this cozy little cafe.

For drinks, we tried the Mocha Latte and the Rose Cardamom Latte.. both were delicious and perfectly crafted. For food, we had the Caprese Grilled Cheese and Avocado Toast, which were fresh and flavorful. But the real star was the Spinach and Artichoke Dip .. absolutely finger-licking good!

This is definitely a great spot for casual meetups with friends, good food, and relaxing music. They also offer beer on tap, which we’ll definitely be coming back to try next time. Highly recommend!“

“Phenomenal place. Organized food service. Comes to order. The Lamb Shawarma wrap is legendary and not anyone can get it right nor the falafel but Dish and Dash got it right. And the staff where Irma was in charge demonstrate skills and exceptional pride in the food. Irma knows what to recommend even to us Palestinians who are critical of our own food. Go try any of their locations but since I live in Sacramento, the Freemont location was the choice and lived to 5 stars!!!“

I asked for the Felix’s cup sleeve and he told me “You have to buy Felix’s pick drinks to get it but I will give you one. Don’t tell anyone.” I’d come back again to try other drinks!“

“8-Twelve is a true neighborhood gem. It is the kind of place where kids can grab a snack and a fun drink for a reasonable price, and then just relax after school. Even though it is not as close to the middle or high school as some of the other hangouts, it has become one of our favorites.

I appreciate that it has lasted the test of time and I hope it continues to thrive. One of the best parts is that they offer non-caffeinated tea drinks for the kids, which is rare and so thoughtful.

“This place was a hit. It was a little hidden gem that my daughter and I stopped in after catching a movie at Southland Mall. They have a variety of tease lemonades and Boba drinks even some iced coffees as well and if you’re hungry, they have some appetizing snacks that you can grab like chicken strips french fries that you can have toppings of garlic fries or other seasonings and if you want something sweet they have something that I love funnel cakes. My daughter has something called a waffle on a stick, which is something that I’m interested in trying next time. The Nutella was creamy and it was warm and it came with a little side of vanilla ice cream. She loved it. It looks so yummy. I wish that I had gotten one as well. I can’t wait to go back and if you’re ever in the area, you should definitely stop by and grab one a bonus was that the girls were super knowledgeable of the menu and had plenty of tips to recommend. I only ended up getting a fruited lemonade, which was so good because the toppings inside were made from fresh fruits not those that were sleeping in syrup. I can’t wait to go back and try something new. The girls that worked there were super friendly and they provided great service.“
