I was able to try this place thanks to the Too Good to Go app, and it was pleasantly surprising! I got a fruit tea, milk tea, and spicy onion rings for less than $10 - the milk tea had just the right sugar level, making it go down easy without being overly sweet, and paired with the onion rings, truly hit the spot! Super tasty boba and snacks! Sweet or savory, everything hits the spot. It's a little limited on table space and during certain hours gets a bit crowded. Lots of parking. Handi-friendly curbs and ramps. Get the daily end of day deal from "too good to go". VERY worth it if you can't choose what to have. (Everything is tasty ! Try different things when you go. You will be surprised)

All other places I went to weren’t to my liking because it tasted like expired milk. I was scared it’d be the same here… however Tapioca Express exceeded my expectations. The Thai Milk Tea I ordered was perfect sweetness and the Tapioca pearls were firm. I didn’t tip the first time, but I will definitely come again and make sure to tip.
