It is a small place with little decorum, but let me tell you do not let that deter you from the flavors. I ordered all of the mochi ppang except the Oreo, MINDBLOWING!!!! ALLL OF THEM!!!!! Also had the strawberry mochi with Boba tea. That was incredibly delicious. The Boba is succulent! Happy service from the owners appreciated their beautiful smiles. Best tea in Fremont, perfect Boba and quick service. Eve is the best! They also have a delivery service for Washington HighSchool. Order ahead on the app and they deliver to the school, at lunch time.

This place has the best boba tea ever in the Bay Area. I normally go for Taro Milk tea, they are just yum and perfect consistency. Even the staff is quite friendly. It's close to my house and I am going to be their regular customer in the years to come :)
