Why don’t you give customers straws when ordering from doordash??? This is the 3rd time already. How is someone supposed to drink without your straw?????? This is ridiculous

Ended up walking out after waiting for 25 mins to get my most basic black milk tea but never got it. Couldn’t get the refund so the store manager pls contact me. And that’s not really the helper’s fault as she all by herself while the store kept getting orders from online so eventually she would start missing orders. Just a shame that u lost out an opportunity for earning someone’s business. And thx for ruining my weekend bubble run

Highly recommend the panda boba milk tea - has both the regular black boba but also white boba (less chewy more crispy than the black) hence 'panda'.

This place has the best boba tea ever in the Bay Area. I normally go for Taro Milk tea, they are just yum and perfect consistency. Even the staff is quite friendly. It's close to my house and I am going to be their regular customer in the years to come :)

It is a small place with little decorum, but let me tell you do not let that deter you from the flavors. I ordered all of the mochi ppang except the Oreo, MINDBLOWING!!!! ALLL OF THEM!!!!! Also had the strawberry mochi with Boba tea. That was incredibly delicious. The Boba is succulent! Happy service from the owners appreciated their beautiful smiles. Even the young guy working he was as well pretty awesome to deal with. Thank you so much for this experience as this was on a whim that I happen to be in your neighborhood!Vegetarian options: Red bean, Nutella, cheese, biscoff, Oreo are ones for ppang treats.Dietary restrictions: You have your variety of milk or lactose free options and your sugar levels to choose from.Parking: A lot of places use it so as much as there is a larger lot can be a little trying when packed just like anywhere else.Kid-friendliness: I mean, there’s nothing that I would say is bad for kids to be around in this place plus the ppang are super cutie!Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space given for wheelchair to get in and out.

Best tea in Fremont, perfect Boba and quick service. Eve is the best! They also have a delivery service for Washington HighSchool. Order ahead on the app and they deliver to the school, at lunch time.

My favorite place to get bubble tea. Service is always quick and friendly! My favorite item on the menu is matcha strawberry with boba. We have also tried their panda milk (no tea) which is absolutely heavenly. They have a lot of fun combos that you can select from, in addition to the usual suspects in a bubble tea menu.Plenty of parking in front of the shop and a couple of restaurants to pick up food from if needed.Highly recommend!

I got a fruit tea but it was really sweet and I asked them to make me another one. I don't remember which ones I got because this is a late post, but the second drink didn't taste that much better. I am probably not coming back because the drinks are so sweet and I could not adjust sweetness.

I first tried the passion fruit tea but have recently changed my to-go drink to oolong milk tea. Now, I'm a regular customer and I come here every week. When I first bought the oolong milk tea with double boba, the boba was filled to the edge of the sticker on the cup. Recently, it's been less (even though I order double boba) and I noticed this in the last 1 1/2 months or so. Sometimes, this drink is a hit and miss too - I usually order it with 0% sugar but there was always a 1% slight hint of sweetness, which I love. There are days where it's just bland and nothing. I think this sweetness comes from the boba syrup, so it depends who's the server on that day. Anyway, I like that they use non-dairy creamer. Do I need to order triple boba now?

I ordered from Grubhub. The ordering system design is bad. You have to CHOOSE toppings even if they’re written in descriptions. There is no default toppings like other stores do. That’s fraud!Look what I got: Boba 3 bothers: plain milk tea with nothing else inside, charged for $6.5, which you can get one for $1.25 in grocery stores. Just because I placed an order in a hurry and thought it would have 3 default toppings. The staff wouldn’t think it’s weird. “Just a dumb making dumb orders hahaha”This store used to be good. But the ordering system definitely need improvement.
