My partner and I had Billy Roy's for the first time last night, and while the DELICIOUS food would warrant a 5 star review on it's own, I'm also here to celebrate the exceptional customer service!We ordered takeout, a couple of burgers ("The Billy Roy", "The Haystack"), zucchini and cajun fries, and a couple of desserts. Been in love with this place since the first visit. But! My weird Gf asked for no cheese on her burger (who does that?!) The kitchen got it wrong but corrected it without hesitation when we brought it up. I haven't even mentioned how swift he service is here. They know what they are doing and we'll continue to come eat here.

Came here for the first time today and felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. It seems like a sit and serve restaurant but it's a mix of it. You order at the register first then take your number to a table at your choice and they bring everything to you. As you eat they come by and ask if you need anything and take the empty plates back.
