i-Tea Castro Valley Reviews
The mango sago is the best thing I’ve ever tasted! Spam and egg rice musubi is yum but a bit dry. I wish they would add some sauce with it.
Had a great experience yesterday, the boba and popcorn chicken were delicious! Thank you to Maxwell who was really nice and assisted me with choosing what to order.
As someone who is very particular with thier Taiwanese and Hong kong cuisness, the chef at this iTea reminds me of HK with every bite. The Beef Brisket in Coconut Curry sauce is always on point, tasty beef with all the cuts.
The drinks are also made very well, especially the mango pomelo sago. Thier milk tea is also on point, bubble and boba is chewy and not clumpy.
This spot is definitely on my weekly rotation for comfort food.

i-Tea Castro Valley offers a wide range of delicious bubble tea options, though the menu may feel overwhelming for some customers. The restaurant is known for its yummy bubble tea and vegetarian-friendly milk tea selections, and it has expanded its menu to include items like Mango sago, popcorn chicken, and basil chicken. While it may not cater well to those with lactose intolerance, the drinks like the white peach blossom oolong latte are refreshing and not overly sweet. Parking can be a challenge, and it gets busy inside, but the staff is reported to be friendly and service is quick. The takeaway style of the restaurant has become more popular since the pandemic, but the food remains a big draw for many customers.
