Never enough staff scheduled. This place is busy. I write this negative review as I sit and wait for my order. I cannot comment on the taste because I am frustrated with the service. Someone parked next to me after I parked, went to Peet’s and has gone with his order from Pete’s. Why? I will not give up my money here anymore. Then I see a customer service number and it’s closed. It’s 4:11 pm the hours say 9-6! SMH Maybe it’s CST but that is not indicated in the outgoing...read full review
