Jamba Introduces 'Hello Sunshine' Store Design with Digital Focus

Jamba is bringing more sunshine to its stores with a fresh new look. The popular smoothie chain recently introduced its "Hello Sunshine" store design that makes digital convenience a priority.

The new store layout has self-order kiosks, digital screens, and improved store arrangements. This helps create faster, more personal customer visits while providing financial benefits for franchise owners.

"With the introduction of the 'Hello Sunshine' prototype, we are not just investing in the future of our brand and our franchisees, but also in the experience of every guest who walks through our doors," said Nathan Louer, Chief Brand Officer of Jamba. "We want 'Hello Sunshine' to shine through in how we treat our guests, the products we serve, and the spaces they walk into."

The updated design uses Jamba's signature orange color scheme throughout the stores. Customers will see clear grab-and-go areas and pickup spots for online orders, which cuts down on waiting as online ordering grows more common.

Jamba has also added what they call "pause points" - specific spots where customers might stop to look at products or promotions, potentially increasing sales of add-on items.

The company still shows off food freshness by making smoothies and bowls in full view of customers. This open food prep has always been part of the Jamba experience and perfectly matches their sunny brand image.

The new design can work in various locations - from malls to drive-thrus, and busy spots like airports and hospitals. This could help Jamba grow past its current 780+ stores in 34 U.S. states and seven countries.

To support growth, Jamba is offering special deals for new franchise agreements signed before December 15, 2025.
