Dear Jamba Juice "Professionals,"I trust this message finds you as perplexed as I am by your team's exceptional ability to consistently butcher a simple smoothie order. It's truly impressive how, after three attempts, the concept of accuracy remains elusive to your crew. I must applaud your commitment to mediocrity; it's an art form in its own right. It's almost endearing how my requests seem to be treated as mere suggestions, open to interpretation and creative liberties. In the spirit of constructive criticism, allow me to offer a revolutionary idea: perhaps consider listening to your customers? I understand that the concept of getting an order right might be a novel one, but I believe in your team's potential to rise to the challenge.Looking forward to witnessing the ongoing saga of Jamba Juice's epic struggles in fulfilling basic customer requests. Congratulations to Jamba Juice for consistently reaching new lows in the realm of incompetence. It's truly impressive how each visit feels like a gamble, where the odds of receiving the correct order are laughably low. The workers there must take pride in their remarkable ability to misconstrue even the most straightforward requests. It's almost endearing how they turn a simple smoothie order into a mind-boggling puzzle - one that they consistently fail to solve. One can't help but marvel at the sheer audacity it takes to be consistently wrong. It's almost like a performance art piece, with each misguided smoothie becoming a masterpiece of disappointment. As a dedicated patron of disappointment, I eagerly await my next visit to witness the continued unraveling of basic customer service.Regretfully,A Customer with Lowered Expectations

Your standard Jamba experience. Staff is nice and friendly. Everything's clean. Some seating available. No toilet but there is a Peets next door.Convenient location if you're at the redwood center to do shopping or pick up your medication or other activities here.

This place must be the worst Jamba I've ever been to. Non-existent customer service, the teenager behind the counter just mumbling under his breath, even after politely asking him twice to repeat what he'd just said, couldn't understand him. Wasn't offered a receipt and waited for 35 minutes for two drinks. One girl seemed to be exclusively making açaí bowls, the two guys were chilling rather than making juices. When I finally got the drinks, they at least tasted good, that's where the second star comes in. Will definitely avoid this location in the future

This location is pretty terrible. You can't order online - they consistently lose your order. Better off to order in person, although their is no consistency in orders. The audacity of their various payment portals requesting a tip when you can't predict the product / service you'll receive and if you had to guess, both will be mediocre. Pass.

Don't go to this location.Waiting for 26 minutes like an idiot to order just to end up using a mobile service. No one acknowledged me. Saw people coming for mobile order after order. Still no acknowledgment. Girl in front of me ended up ordering mobile and left after waiting 15 mins.I thought great, my turn. Nothing for another 7. I asked if I should just place a mobile. "No.." asked what's going on "we'reshort staffed"Mom comes, waits 5 mins with me.. ends up asking what's taking so long and if they should just take a mobile ordered and the young woman, making all of the drinks said they weren't taking orders anymore.I was confused and asked why they didn't tell me that 18 minutes ago when I was standing there looking like a idiot.I asked for the manager. Apparently the manager left at 3 o'clock, knowing they only had two working blenders and short staff.Good customer service would've communicated mobile orders to everyone walking in, good CS would be acknowledging their lack of communication with a comped Jamba or a gift cards...they did neither. One star for the guy in the dreads back who acknowledged my frustrations.

Went in this morning for a drink and breakfast, first time trying their breakfast so of course I had questions. Olga was MORE than helpful! She answered my questions, what she didn’t know she looked up and made a great suggestion!! She’s just the kind of friendly spirit people need to encounter first thing in the morning. If I could rate her higher I definitely would!! 10 stars for Miss Olga EASY

The service was below par. I have 2 stars since the smoothie (PB Mood) was good and made correctly. Staff did net greet when we entered the store. In fact, we were second in line and he person in front of us was told we cannot take your order right now since we are making others drinks. Poor customer service! We decided to stand in line and mobile order. Our drinks were made and ready prior to the person in line in front of us. With 4 visible workers and no one willing to take orders, from the line of people, seems unacceptable. I would not recommend this location.
