I usuaully dont have problems with this Starbs but today I just had a bad experience :(Ordered 3 drinks and a sandwich in store and then took a seat. We waited for a bit then one of the workers brought my sandwich to me which was nice! But aftet waiting longer, I notice all the people who were waiting in line behind us already left with their drinks. I was wondering where my drinks were. Stopped here to order and pick up a mocha. Mocha tasted great. Service was fine. The location of the entrance Starbuck is right at the busy intersection which somehow seemed like very easy to miss if you are new to this spot and not slow enough.

This Castro Valley Starbucks: filthy restroom, parking lot with a nasty curb jutting out where you turn. Cramped parking lot not enough space to turn around.Coffee good, just a lousy place for a Starbucks.
