“A great experience is one of my favorites in downtown Livermore. What I find as an important part of a dining experience is the attitude of the employees. From the owner down, everyone has a great attitude and are very helpful and work to make this a memorable meal.“
“Their coffee is strong, but great to get me through a busy day (or month). The service is fast and friendly. I don't have to wait 5 or so minutes to get a coffee, and that is amazing when I need to get a coffee as i'm rushing to work.“
“I usually try to wait before I offer up my opinion but Bubs has become my weekly must stop breakfast location in livermore. Bagels are delicious (everything bagel... Chefs kiss), unique flavored cream cheese, and their sandwiches are just solid everytime ( please make the meat lovers breakfast sandwich a regular thing). But most of all the service is great, and the owner is genuine. Can't say enough good things.“
“Best donuts for sure. I have worked in bakeries and these donuts are made so good. Some shops donuts tend to be too greasy but Best donuts are done right. Even the apple fritters are light and fluffy. The lady that works the counter (I should know her name by now) calls me Daddy and I love that about her. Her and the baker always chat with me about back in the day when I used to fry donuts. So if you want to surprise your co-workers with a box of donuts, Best donuts is the place to get em. ?“
“I do not write reviews, but I really enjoy this place. There is a girl with glasses that often takes my order, and she is so kind. I came in earlier today around 3pm, and I got a couple of smoothies and a tea with my granddaughter. My granddaughter loves the smoothies, and the tea is tasty. What really sets this place apart is the great customer service, which is rare these days. I am talked to like we have known each other for years. That worker always makes sure I am taken care of. Try this restaurant out, you will have a good time.“
“The Nicco is my favorite. The flavors of bitter coffee, foamy oat milk, and orange peel warm me through and through. Staff are friendly. Shop smells amazing-fresh baked goods and roasted coffee beans. Mornings get busy with patrons stopping by for that first cup of coffee before work so plan ahead before visiting in the AM.Dietary restrictions: Shop has milk alternatives if you have a dairy allergy. Costs a little extra to replace in drinks.“
“The chocolate cream donut is absolutely excellent, though with one caveat. There is simply TOO MUCH CREAM!!! You guys don't have to put that much in it lol this is the first time I've ever tasted such a good chocolate cream and had to reject more of it. I had to scoop some out of the donut because there was just so much, but I had that removed cream with another sweet dessert as to not put it to waste. It was excellent with that secondary sweet. The bread of the donut is excellent, and the sugar completes it. It just has so much cream, to the point where the thickness of the chocolate center was thicker than the bread on the top AND bottom. Less is more! It would be perfect with a modest amount of that cream, I guarantee it!“
“We came to the evening service for dessert and a cocktail. It was very dim inside, to the point that we weren't actually sure if it was open until we walked in. The espresso martini was outstanding, it had a really unique flavor profile that I enjoyed. The carrot cake was good but not anything special. The cake was more expensive than I would expect for that size slice.“
“I recently dined at Ao Sen and I must say, I was blown away by the experience. The pho was absolutely amazing - flavorful broth, tender noodles, and generous portions of meat and veggies. The spring rolls were so fresh and amazing! The new decor added a modern touch to the ambiance, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. But what truly stood out was the food. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and made with fresh ingredients. And let's talk about the service - outstanding is an understatement. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great meal. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Ao Sen. If you're looking for a restaurant with amazing pho, new decor, amazing food, and great service, look no further. This place is convincing in every way. I highly recommend giving it a try. 10/10 would recommend! Definitely coming back when I'm in town!“
“So happy to have a little bit of Hawaii in Bay Area! Probably my favorite acai bowl place - I go all the time for their blue Hawaii bowl and fruit flavored lemonades. So delicious and the portions are generous - you can also make modifications to the bowl for your liking. The inside of the store feels very "Hawaii", I usually mobile order online and pick up. One star off because there were a few times where I felt the workers weren't very friendly so maybe there's off days? Overall though I'll keep coming back to try more of their menu!“

“This was such a great experience at this Starbucks! The barista Liv was so kind, attentive and helpful. Everyone who walked in was immediately greeted and welcomed in. Liv took my order and was so patient with me, and helping by offer suggestions. The store itself was decorated very cute and seemed to do a lot of community outreach. It was awesome!“
“Tuesday morning I arrived at 8:56 and ordered a latte with Almond milk. There was one table waiting for their coffees and 2 men ordered a coffee each before me. Cut to 9:22 and I still have NOT received my coffee but the batista friends walked in and ordered coffee. They were made immediately and handed straight to them while I still wait for my coffee. The barista with curly red hair has ZERO want to attend to customers, then when the ladies before me asked her if their coffee was ready and with immense attitude the batista said "it's coming, I had orders before you. I have been coming here since the day you guys opened, it is one of my favorite places for coffee & breakfast. All the other girls that work there are so sweet and I've never waited more than 5 minutes for my coffee before. Very disappointed in this batista & experience today. I will continue to come here but will think twice if I see her behind the counter making coffees.“
“The workers were so cool. This place just felt like a whole vibe. The part that caught me off guard was the sinks. U wash ur hands outside of the rest room and the sink is so advanced. I wish I took a picture. Wash, rinse and air dry in the same spot in on swoop.“

“So I just wanted to grab some coffee real quick and I thought it was a traditional shop. Little did I know this was the future ? robots will be making your drink, and serve you with a designated spot for your drink. It's very cool, the staff is really kind and helpful and drinks are delicious! I just wish there were a couple of other seats for people to sit at, but that's it.“

“Gong Cha has these adorable Gingerbread man bottles for the holidays and I love them! I've been saving them too, to repurpose for Christmas parties/Christmas gifts! I've tried a bunch of the different flavors but as you can see from the photos, Taro is my favorite flavor at Gong Cha so far! Been back a bunch of times to get them when I'm in the area! The staff here is always friendly and the drinks are made quickly! I always order ahead on the website, and it's nice it'll give ya points for your purchase too. If your in the livermore area this is definitely a great spot for tea especially with these cute cups for the holidays! I walked over to the outlets to take pics with the Christmas tree etc as a cute backdrop for it! These cups are $7!“

You can sit inside or outside, there are toys for small kids to play with and the service is friendly and kind.There is a nice variety of 'to go' type breakfast items, pastry and lunch items. There is a large selection of speciality coffee and smoothie drinks.It is directly connected to Livermore Public Library, Civic Center.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and there are often mom groups enjoying coffee while waiting for library story times and activities.Wheelchair accessibility: Completely accessible.“
