I met up with friend at the Starbucks off of Airway in Livermore. Had a nice visit with friends. Seeing i’M from Arkansas. Good visit with some very good friend.servise was very good.Perfect day sit outside and enjoyed the coffee and good conversation.
Ok, I get that it gets busy and some people can get difficult. I always wait patiently and understand it gets busy. The lady working drive through this morning was super polite and running around getting it done. She is the reason for the good review. The other employee this morning was not so polite. I usually go to another Starbucks and the whole team over there greets you and are upbeat.
Sana always provides outstanding customer service. She is friendly, welcoming, and always has a smile on her face. She is patient, understanding, and makes every visit enjoyable. The rest of the Starbucks team is also wonderful and consistently provides great service. Thank you for creating such a positive experience!
