I recently had a great experience with this location, even though they missed the cold foam on my drink. The employees were so sweet and had smiles on their faces, it looked like they were having fun in the midst of chaos given the line to the door. When I let the associates know what happened with the cold foam, a shift manager named Daniel helped make the situation right and even gave me an extra mini cup of cold foam that he had left over from making too much. One of the ladies working only at the cash register is the slowest cashier I have ever seen. The rest of the employees are okay but still lack the smile I usually find in most of the Starbucks. The dining room is not very clean. However, this is one of the busiest Starbucks especially on weekends.
Had to wait 40 minutes for iced coffee
