“I consider myself to be a breakfast burrito afficianado and the non-traditional Korean BBQ pork breakfast burrito with avocado I had at this place was among the best breakfast burritos I have ever eaten. I am just sad this place is so far from my house or I would get breakfast here as often as I could… the eggs were divine and the combination of flavors perfect. I would really like to try their other sandwiches and breakfast burritos as well… makes me look forward to the next time I bring in our Toyota for scheduled maintenance!“

“I have been coming here for years and never bother to ever write a review, i figured they are due for one. It used to be called the copper skillet and I have only been for breakfast. It never disappointed me. It isnt the cheapest breakfast but well in line with everywhere else. I leave satisfied and the service has always been good for me. I was down in Dublin for the Rack-N-Bang Society's Symposiums on the do's and don'ts of duck hunting, and Sundays topic was on the use of proper Duck Blind Camouflage, and where to hide the alcohol... I was early so seeing the HOP just made perfect sense.
