I cannot eat the entire omelet so I take half of it home for breakfast the next day. Service is quick and friendly and prices are reasonable. A nice, low-key gem in Alameda.“

“I love this restaurant!! This place is probably my favorite restaurant I've ever been to. They have so many options and everything on the menu is delicious! Their vegan pies are amazing!! They have an extensive brunch menu with the flexibility of adding a pancake or french toast side dish to your order. “Very small coffee and breakfast spot. Family run. I have. Soft spot for these kinds of places. Food felt like home cooked and made with care. Very tasty. Try the iced Vietnamese coffee. Parking is hit or miss. One or two tables in the dining room, so go with takeout or wait your turn.“

“Was very quick to get seated in the morning and Fabio was fantastic with serving us making sure everything was perfect and on a timely matter, food was amazing and was fairly priced for each person with a high appetite. “First off this has been at this location for years and it’s definitely time for some of the booth back cushions to be replaced. I went here for breakfast on 11/2/24 and our waitress Carla was absolutely awesome. I think the location was short staffed and I have to admit Carla was working her butt off providing great service to all the patrons she was assigned all over the whole restaurant. She stayed smiling and was still attentive to us and that’s really cool and she was in costume. The food was really good and came out pretty fast due to the place having lots of folks. Only thing you gotta watch out for is the pricing on the Build Your Own Omelette. Each thing you add is 3.00 on top of the 15.00 omelette price and at most other Iphop it’s only 1.29 for each ingredient added.“

“Food was delicious! I had a crab cake Benedict and pastor Benedict. Both were very good, but the pastor was a standout. I want to go back and order more! We sat outside in the alley, which was lovely. No traffic noise. Service was friendly and not too slow. My cousin ordered biscuits and gravy. The gravy was bacon gravy, not sausage, which none of us cared for. The biscuits were delicious though!“
