“I order my Highwire Coffee online, being that I live in Nevada City. While I love my local Foxhound Coffee, I found that Highwire's 'Bauhaus' coffee is beyond exceptional and I have to have both Bauhaus and my local coffee in order to function properly!😍☕️“

“I can not express how impressed and blown away I was visiting Neptune’s today “on accident”. I was driving past neptunes today and we ran into car trouble right in front. We got out and pushed the car into the nearest parking lot which happened to be neptunes. We had just bought a used car in the neighborhood and was trying to make it home and the battery just died. We spent some time pulling out the battery and ran next door to the auto parts store to buy a new one. Out of the blue an employee walked us out some water and said “I saw you out here and it’s hot. Wanted to give you some water and ask if you needed help. “ blown away by his kindness I thanked him but we had it covered. Once we got the battery replaced I decided to get breakfast from Neptune’s to show my thanks for their hospitality. Wow was I blown away. The breakfast was amazing , the coffee on point and the hospitality was unmatched. I give 5 stars for all in. My youngest son said. That guy is a good man! And I agree if you’re looking for good service and great food. Stop here! You won’t regret it.“

“I had to go over to Mayton Humpstumper's place to fix his wife's Wigglewhooper because she revved it up to high and burned out the thruster bearings! It's an easy fix as long as its been sanitized, and to make sure I called ahead and asked Mayton to put it through the decontamination chamber again! This gave me plenty of time to stop at the Maitland Market Café & Deli! The sandwiches there are Amazing! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆“

“My Mother and I enjoy eating here periodically. She loves their thick, Belgian waffles while I usually opt for the sausage only or sausage and mushroom omelet with tater tots. I cannot eat the entire omelet so I take half of it home for breakfast the next day. Service is quick and friendly and prices are reasonable. A nice, low-key gem in Alameda.“

We stopped by Shaka Shack for breakfast and had such a nice experience! The food was delicious, comforting, and had that wonderful homemade, homey feel that makes you want to stay awhile.

We tried Da Kine, Kimchi Cucumber, Kalua Pork, and Kai’s Plate with Beef Ribs Kalbi—everything was flavorful and satisfying. The Kalua Pork was especially delicious, with that tender, savory taste that pairs perfectly with a hearty breakfast. The Beef Ribs Kalbi were also a favorite—tender, flavorful, and packed with that delicious Korean-Hawaiian flair.

The Kimchi Cucumber added a refreshing, tangy crunch that balanced out the richer dishes perfectly.

The atmosphere at Shaka Shack is relaxed and welcoming, with a cozy, homey feel that makes it a really pleasant spot for a morning meal. It feels like the kind of place where you can enjoy good food without feeling rushed.
