Our server Jose was super attentive. He was patient, kind and helpful. Food was really good and super fast.
Jose is great, very profesional, friendly and knows the menu. He suggested a couple things in the menu and it was great. You need more people like him working at IHOP.
Good Service!

IHOP has received mixed reviews. Some customers have experienced less than ideal service, such as being charged for condiments like mayonnaise and sour cream, and having to request water and a place to sit. The attitude of the staff during these interactions was described as uncalled for. However, other customers have had positive experiences with servers like Emily, who greeted them warmly, took them to a table, and ensured they had beverages right away. Despite being busy, customers felt very welcome and attended to, with efficient service from staff like Jesus, who was praised for great timing and multitasking. The manager was also noted as helpful and quick to assist with billing. The food and the need to travel to this location were praised, with specific mention of the bacon being good. Some reviews pointed out that wait times can be longer, and the quality of certain dishes may vary; for example, a Benedict with fully cooked yolks was slightly disappointing, and a problano omelet was considered better at another location. Overall, many customers appreciate the friendly atmosphere, attentive service, and the food, making this IHOP a preferred neighborhood spot.
