“This is our go-to for breakfast. Good ingredients that are fresh (who sources their eggs??? They’re always so good!), good cooking, and that classic diner experience. We look forward to slow weekends and days off when we can go in and grab breakfast. It’s the kind of place you go to for five or six years before realizing you’ve been going for years.“

“Came here today with my boyfriend. John gave us great costumer service and an amazing sandwich!!!! I finished mine before my boyfriend and we got the same exact thing. Great cream cheese as well. Serious sandwiches are made here! They're worth EVERY PENNY!!!! THANK YOU!!!

“My Mother and I enjoy eating here periodically. She loves their thick, Belgian waffles while I usually opt for the sausage only or sausage and mushroom omelet with tater tots. I cannot eat the entire omelet so I take half of it home for breakfast the next day. Service is quick and friendly and prices are reasonable. A nice, low-key gem in Alameda.“

“Very small coffee and breakfast spot. Family run. I have. Soft spot for these kinds of places. Food felt like home cooked and made with care. Very tasty. Try the iced Vietnamese coffee. Parking is hit or miss. One or two tables in the dining room, so go with takeout or wait your turn.“

“Love them. I take my morning walk on my days off usually Sunday mornings. Super cozy, hole in the wall, and I order my usual waffle fanatic, with eggs and bacon. I think family owned. Can get busy at times but these folks bust their booties to get everyone in and fed and on their merry way so don't forget to tip them fat ! Have a blessed one . Hope you love this spot as much as I do. Ciao!“

“Was very quick to get seated in the morning and Fabio was fantastic with serving us making sure everything was perfect and on a timely matter, food was amazing and was fairly priced for each person with a high appetite. “This IHOP is good, food is good and the service is sometimes a hit and miss depending how busy they are, but for the most service is good, the only downside to this IHOP is that is small and at times kinda congested since it small and also with the parking, the parking lot is not that great since it's an uphill lot and small, and at times it can be somewhat challenging to drive in that lot depending how big your vehicle is, so be aware of that.“

“At the risk of making this place too busy, I have to give them their due. We tried them for the first time today and everything was excellent, from the service to the coffee to the food. “First off this has been at this location for years and it’s definitely time for some of the booth back cushions to be replaced. I went here for breakfast on 11/2/24 and our waitress Carla was absolutely awesome. I think the location was short staffed and I have to admit Carla was working her butt off providing great service to all the patrons she was assigned all over the whole restaurant. She stayed smiling and was still attentive to us and that’s really cool and she was in costume. The food was really good and came out pretty fast due to the place having lots of folks. Only thing you gotta watch out for is the pricing on the Build Your Own Omelette. Each thing you add is 3.00 on top of the 15.00 omelette price and at most other Iphop it’s only 1.29 for each ingredient added.“

“I love this restaurant!! This place is probably my favorite restaurant I've ever been to. They have so many options and everything on the menu is delicious! Their vegan pies are amazing!! They have an extensive brunch menu with the flexibility of adding a pancake or french toast side dish to your order. I love sweet and savory for brunch but I can never finish those huge breakfasts so this place is perfect for me!! On top of that the cafe is so cute and the staff is so friendly. I loved it so much I went twice during my one week stay!“
