I've been going to Jim's for brunch for the longest time that I decided to switch things up with Homeskillet.Food's fresh, portions are huge (their nest one gave me a food coma!) and the prices were right. Service was a bit hurried though; I get that they want to turn over tables, but they asked for our order right when we sat down...
Homeskillet always hits the spot. The tooth fairy French toast is soo good. The donuts here are also a main attraction. I love how easy it is to get tables and the very quick and polite service from the lovely people working here, especially Yaya! It’s also good for to-go orders. Highly recommend for a breakfast/brunch on weekdays or weekends.

Not bad, but also a bit ‘plain Jane.’ Wanted a simple scramble and wasn’t expecting a giant layer of cheap processed cheese coating the top of my meal (seriously like a Chicago style deep dish pizza). I’d order the chorizo again tho, just without cheddar.Food came out super fast. Both waitresses seemed super attentive. Ty for having me and cheers.
