The food is very good. But the idea is serving in disposable wares is actually a bad idea. This is a case of good intentions but bad results. They should switch to stainless steel wares which is more eco friendly. Right now these disposable wares even if they a compostable (not sure ) will occupy spaceThey also have an issue with planning for the crowd.
