We had a great time at Nikuya Stone Grill and Bar! The sushi and the Japanese grill were fresh and very tasty. And our waiter, Dylon, was excellent. He was friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout our meal. Great experience!

Nikuya Stone Grill and Bar offers fresh sushi and a Japanese grill, with tasty food and a calming atmosphere. The wagyu is nicely cut and delicious, and the grill is super cool. Service is great, with friendly and attentive staff who make helpful recommendations like the wagyu clay pot rice. Food comes out super fast, and pre bussing is quick. The salad bar is mostly just kimchi, which was a bit confusing since the restaurant is Japanese, but the karaage chicken and sashimis are all fresh. Great pricing for what you get, though soda is not included with the gold tier. It’s not too busy early on weekdays, and the experience always satisfies.
