I've tried the food truck in SF so I was interested in trying it at the Dublin location on my lunch break. It is a fusion style cuisine so be prepared for that.Being of korean background I tend to prefer the authentic flavors but they do petty good with their selection of bowls, sandwiches and tacos. Ordered Pickup through DoorDash because ordering through their website has a glitch when trying to add items to the cart. Anyways - my order was hot and ready at the pick-up time quoted. The staff was also very nice and packaged my food well. Although I didn't stay, the place seemed very clean. They also have screens you can place orders from. There's isn't much seating. Ordering was easy and efficient with the self order kiosk, lots of different items mostly fusion. I had the short ribs bowl, quality and taste was alright and the portions are big for a reasonable price. Will stop by again soon.
