“It’s a very clean restaurant. The prices are reasonable and the serving is huge. Very polite staff.”
“Best sushi I’ve had in the east bay!!! The fish is extremely fresh & sashimi pieces are generous. Happy hour prices can’t be beat! My favorite sushi restaurant by far!”
“Nilekha made a WWE theme cake for us, which looked and tasted really good. everyone loved it! I highly recommend her”
“first time there it's was nice tasty pot got my vote too come back again”
“This family restaurant is an absolute gem!
The food is delicious, the customer service is incredibly personal (the owner is a sweetheart!), the decor is authentic, and the prices are excellent. Its convenient location truly makes this establishment one of a kind. I highly recommend this spot.”

“Great atmosphere!!!! I had a good time listening to the music. Fantastic customer service. I had the oxtails, they weren't bad. According to my kids, the chicken was fine.”

“I ordered to go and was able to choose from a very comprehensive list of ingredients. When I arrived, I was greeted by two friendly and kind staff who were busy working away. It was quite busy on a weekday around lunch time. As for the food, the soup was delicious and they were very generous with the ingredients. I got the classic bone broth in spicy and it was perfect for a cold rainy day after suffering from the flu. I highly recommend this restaurant because of the friendly atmosphere and will be coming back when the craving for hot noodle soup kicks in.”
“If you’re craving bold flavors and fiery heat, Dave’s Hot Chicken delivers a punch that’s hard to forget. This fast-casual spot specializes in Nashville-style hot chicken, and it does so with serious flair.
The menu is simple but effective—tenders and sliders ranging from “No Spice” to “Reaper,” a level that literally requires a waiver. I went with “Hot” and “Extra Hot,” and both hit the perfect”
“Ike’s is always love. We were super hungry and craving for something delicious when we bumped into Ike’s. We ordered Steve Jobs, our usual favorite which isn’t on the current menu, the guy was like “Steve Jobs” but he took the order. Upon checking, he mentioned it isn’t on the menu but they can do it. It’s done on of the best we had, finger licking delicious I say. Ike’s never disappoints and so is this location. Keep it up.”
“First time in and was very impressed with the Ban Mi with grilled pork. Completely stuffed with ingredients you would expect along with a fresh bread! Excellent! Also had an iced Vietnamese coffee which lived up to my expectations as well!
I will be back again next time I am in Bay Area!”
“I consider myself to be a breakfast burrito afficianado and the non-traditional Korean BBQ pork breakfast burrito with avocado I had at this place was among the best breakfast burritos I have ever eaten. I am just sad this place is so far from my house or I would get breakfast here as often as I could… the eggs were divine and the combination of flavors perfect. I would really like to try their other sandwiches and breakfast burritos as well… makes me look forward to the next time I bring in our Toyota for scheduled maintenance!”
“This place has everything, from Shaokao(bbq) to noodles and dumplings, they even have melatang, KTV/karaoke as well. The service is good and the food is delicious.”
“The place was like stepping into a K-pop dream, with the tunes blasting and the vibe buzzing. The décor had a quirky charm that made it feel like the perfect hangout spot for you and your friends. Sure, it was a bit on the noisy side, but that only added to the fun! The food? Oh, the food. We dug into a glorious kimchi fried rice and a pork kimchi stew that was absolutely mind-blowing—flavors so bold, they practically danced on our taste buds. The portions were generous, leaving us with happy bellies. We also couldn't resist the popcorn chicken, which came with a side of honey mustard so perfect it should be a national treasure. The service? Fast, friendly, and as attentive as a well-trained puppy. All in all, a delightful experience that made us want to come back for more!”
“If you want to score the 10 points limit I will play 5 points, the meat is OK, other general, but the soup bottom is very salty, the soup bottom of the hot pot should be light because the meat and other are to be with sauce, the hot pot soup bottom is too salty will let the guests drink a lot of water, so enjoy the fun of food on the big discount, may not patronize!”

“Really enjoyed the Cali Burger Combo (pictured)- Patty Melt with Bacon, Cheese + Avocado, ot was excellent. I got Onion Rings on the side, nice batter and not too greasy. They make a pretty good milkshake too. Will be back to try some non-burger items.. like Gyros, Crab Melt, Chili to name a few. Also pictured - Double Cheeseburger, fries + milkshake.”
“You don't go for the atmosphere, you go for the dogs. I'm not saying it was the best hot dog in the world (though it was definitely tasty) but service gave them that 5th star because they heard me talking about the possibility of chili on my dog and asked if I wanted to try it. The extra mile of service.”
“At the Bagel Bakery of Dublin, my morning started on a flavorful note with a visit to their bustling establishment. Amidst the busy atmosphere, the service remained top-notch, reflecting the staff's dedication to ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Settling in for a dine-in breakfast, I opted for the Eggwich featuring jalapeño and cheddar bagel, accompanied by sausage and pepper jack cheese. The combination of the spicy jalapeño and rich cheddar infused into the bagel provided a delightful kick, complementing the savory flavors of the sausage and pepper jack cheese perfectly. Each bite was a harmonious blend of textures and tastes, leaving a lasting impression of satisfaction.Despite the rush of customers, the staff maintained efficiency and attentiveness, ensuring that every diner received prompt service and attention to detail. The seamless coordination between the kitchen and the front of house team was evident, enhancing the overall dining experience. In conclusion, my visit to the Bagel Bakery of Dublin was nothing short of delightful. From the flavorful jalapeño and cheddar bagel to the attentive service, every aspect of my breakfast experience surpassed expectations. I look forward to returning to explore more of their menu offerings and enjoying the warm ambiance once again.”
“Our hungry family arrived 30min before closing but the entire staff was super courteous, professional, and very kind! The food was amazing too and all of us had such a nice 30min meal!! We wanted to be kind to them and made it as quickly as possible~ and they wraped leftovers for to-go. We will surely go back for lunch time dim sum!!”

“I ordered lamb shank, chicken kabob, and beef kabob with palao for a takeout dinner, and the experience was fantastic. The service was fast, and the food was ready quickly, which made the process smooth and convenient. All the dishes were delicious—the lamb shank was tender, and the kabobs were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The palao complemented the meats really well, making for a satisfying meal. Overall, I was very impressed with both the quality of the food and the efficiency of the service. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be ordering from them again soon!”
“A hidden gem, that gives “hole in the wall” vibes (which are usually the best!). We are not from the area but this restaurant came highly recommended. The staff was amazingly wonderful! So friendly and kindhearted. They made us feel right at home. The food was so good! We ordered: Vermicelli Chow Main/Noodles (added Chicken), Fried Rice, Fried Rolls, Dumplings and Orange Chicken. Everything was so, so delicious! Portions are large and plenty too. We would definitely return if we are in the area again.”
“Ok, if you have never had amazing mapo tofu or laziji (fried chicken pieces in dried chilis), two of my favorite Sichuan cuisine dishes, you HAVE to order these two dishes from this place, plus a bowl of rice. Phenomenal flavor, they hit it spot on with the best that we have had in Beijing, the only other place that can compare is Tasty Szechuan in Hayward, so of course we are happy there is a closer place to us in Dublin. Need to have it made spicy, or the tofu lacks the right flavor. The pain is worth the flavor! Their green onion pancakes are not good, but their gan bian sijidou (stir fried green beans) are super good, as well as their eggplant dish (if you like a slightly sweet flavor). Just thinking about those 2 dishes gets me salivating! Oh and then if you want the best milk tea, get it from nearby Feng Cha - regular black tea mill tea, don’t add any toppings, no ice, 75% sweetness (or 50% if you like it with just a touch of sweetness), sooo good, better than most places we tried in Taiwan. For $6, so much more worth it than all the mediocre ice cream places I have tried around here (still have not found an amazing local creamery). Enjoy!”
“When I went to Cafe Tapioca, I was first very pleased to see their signage about COVID-19 safety precautions and information about people with disabilities being able to get faster service. It made it feel like a very safe, happy environment. The staff member who took my order was a very nice woman and the Jasmine milk tea that I ordered was just what I was hoping for, very delicious and a reasonable price. I look forward to stopping by this shop many more times in the future.”
“I recently visited Hana Japan with my family, and we had a blast! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was so welcoming. Our chef was super entertaining, showcasing impressive skills while cooking everything to perfection. I loved how interactive the whole experience felt, and the flavors were incredibly vibrant! This is more than just a meal; it's what a Japanese steak house should be. Definitely coming back!”

“Are you Team Hot Pot OR Team Dry Pot? If I can't have both, then I'm prob Team Dry Pot when it comes to malatang! For those who love building their own bowls, you have to bookmark this place! The concept is fun and simple. Grab a bowl, fill it with ingredients you want, weigh it (they charge by weight), then let the cashier know your pot preference (soup or dry) and spice levels.
The spice levels are serious here, so be ready to break a sweat. They have a little sauce bar too which adds a nice touch to both types of bowls. Pricing is fair here, especially if you get mostly meat, and I definitely had enough leftovers for another meal to take back.”

“First time at Erik's Delicafe today. A very nice looking interior. Lots of sandwich options. I saw someone's review say the food is a bit overpriced. I couldn't disagree more. For what I paid, I got what I paid for and it was a great sandwich. Definitely a quality sandwich shop. Shop has booths and chairs making it a nice stop to dine in.”
“I bought 2 plain croissants, a small rectangle pastry with berries, and a very small square pastry with raspberries on top. I also got an iced mocha latte. I eat healthy and this was a wonderful treat! The croissants flaky, tiny bit dry. the mocha latte (w/almd milk) was very good, the small is a decent size, nice for a “dessert” but not overly sweet. They packaged everything so nicely. It’s nice to eat there but I took it to go this time. 😁👍🏽”
“As a person from Hong Kong, the interior and food remind me a old(8-90’s) Cantonese restaurant flavour… it is just a very subtle experience from the environment and my tongue.. especially the dish Combinacion, the duck (pato). It is a delicious meal overall”
“This is the cafeteria for the Ross Stores corporate campus. It's open to the public. Ross employees enjoy a discount of about 15%. Its cafeteria style. They have a hot bar that changes daily, a sandwich station were you can assemble your own creation and a hot hamburger grill station Where you can order a hamburger or other daily specials. They also have a soup bar and a huge salad bar. The salad bar and sandwich bar are priced at 99 cents a pound. The large, open dining Room is very clean and right. There is parking right out in front. However it's a little hard to find because it's behind the main building on the campus. So just drive around back and park right by the door.”
Drive-Thru Restaurants
“Workers were extremely kind and patient, we took time to decide our slice and he remained patient and smiling, he also gave us the largest slices. They give out free coupons for a drink with an order of 3 slices, the worker gave us an extra large drink instead of a normal size, he was again extremely kind. Great place with amazing atmosphere, highly recommend.”
“Good food and spiritual too”
“I eat here like 4 times a week! The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. They never mess up my order, never forget to put the salsa in the bag. All the employees are super nice, always offer extra things to add to the order and the manager Elena is top tier. She always makes sure to make it personal and welcoming it feels like I'm going to my moms house. I never thought I'd say that about a fast food place haha but I just love them here. 10/10 recommend.”
“Good food, friendly service, fun times. But when your table is done, move your crew along so others can also enjoy it!! We waited extensively even with a reservation. It stresses the staff and the system and prevents the restaurant from serving more patrons!”
“After searching for healthy options in the area this came up on my search and found the website and after reading Mary’s story I was game to give it two weeks. First off the food is top notch it’s so delicious and creative. There has not been a meal that has not been amazing. Mary herself is an amazing top notch person who goes the extra mile to alter the menu to your needs. She offers so many options to help cater to her customers. I wish her and her business the absolute best. I’m am very very happy to have found her and look forward to picking up my meals each week.I just ordered three more weeks and plan on continuing while I’m out in California.Honest reviews by KS”
“I have been many different Happy Lamb Hot Pot restaurants in the bay area. This one has the best service! Not like some other places that once you order for the first round the they seem to ignore you or act like did not see you even they were not busy. The waiters here actually serve the food pretty fast, and they do actually come and ask how was the food and anything else to order.
The lamb meats, lamb shank are good, the sides and sauces from the counters are pretty fresh and neat.
We ordered premium, half and half pot with spicy and original. Seems like this location had a more tastier soup based instead of super salty soup based. But… the most important thing is… same for all other locations, the lamb shank is now only limited to 1 order per 2 person. We love the lamb shank, it is a must order every time we come here. Now we have to share 1 lamb shank… sad…
Anyways! I love this location more, I will for sure come back again!”

“I loved the tostada I got. Good amount of meat and toppings and definitely didn't skim. Definitely comparable prices to other taquerias in the area, and the salsa bar is great (would love an avocado salsa though). Interesting to see how they cater to the local population by not serving carnitas, having a large vegetarian menu and also offering paneer in place of meat, which is fine because I don't like carnitas. Will definitely return since this is close to the bus stop!”
“Walking into the location, it's usually clean and nicely decorated with a unified theme of one piece. However, despite the 100+ degree weather outside, they didn't have the AC on, making it quite uncomfortable to sit inside for long. The Mango Snow is amazing – a refreshing icy/creamy drink with a strong mango flavor. Warning: The Matcha Drink, however, is disappointing; it was so bad that another customer threw theirs away and told their partner it was horrible”
“Friendly local place even if you’re an outsider. Community is the focus so don’t be surprised if a deck of cards shows up with your brew! Conversations ranged from rating the best pizza pie, to cool sculpting fat cells and caring for hand wounds! Mostly gents but gals will feel comfortable here too.”
“The San Leandro location has very bad service 😡 on several occasions they have given me the wrong burgers and the worst thing is that they throw everything away
Parking: The place is good but the parking lot is small
Kid-friendliness: If it is very familiar
Wheelchair accessibility: Yeah. Has space for wheelchairs”
“My first experience at Gong Cha Dublin was fantastic! The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was so confused about what to order for my first boba tea, but he kindly suggested some great options. So far, I’ve tried four different boba teas based on his recommendations, and I’ve loved every one of them. I can’t wait to come back and try more! The warm and inviting atmosphere makes it even better. Highly recommend this place!”
“Historic location in Dublin! The legend continues with life long resident Phil and his rockin wife Marta... slinging great drinks, great prices, and awesome live music. I never thought one of 2 staple dive bars of Dublin would get such a great facelift, but it is better than ever!”
“I have been here multiple times for both pickup and dine in. I love their Thai spicy fried rice. The portion size is very generous and it tastes delicious. Their noodles and curry are also good. It’s run by a mom and pop and their customer service is what sets them apart. So sweet and attentive!”
“I just went today, and this one lady that took my order at the front was suuper nice! She wasn't rude, or harsh too! I love the atmosphere, although I think it could be a little bit more decorated just to make the ambience more at home. The food is really, really good too. I thought the portions would be small, but they are absolutely MASSIVE. I got the Flaming Hot Cheeto Potato Mozzarella Hot Dog which was rlly good for only $6.99, and the cheese pull was a 10/10 for sure! If you're around the place, I def recommend u stop by! :)”
“We moved into Avalon and having this gem right by us has been amazing. Our family stays at the holiday inn and we get breakfast together all within walking distance. The food is always fresh and really good! The staff is always friendly and welcoming with smiles. At night the bar is fun you can grab a drink and relax here. Don’t miss this spot! The burgers and eggs are the best. To go is quick and easy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and open area for wheelchairs if needed.”
“Update: they quickly fixed most of the issues. I still think they're short staffed otherwise a great place
I like the vibe and the personnel are generally good, and kind. The area is also fairly clean and local kids are usually nice kids.
However, the facility has a ton of issues. Several machines are not functioning, and the personnel are barely available to fix things. It feels more like a self-serve park.
For instance, today their computers were down, the kiosk to check balance was completely turned off, two of their very few machines were not working, and lastly the ball shooter area was (has been) completely shut down.
This place has some good potential but needs to spend some money to fix the problems.”
“We went to this place for the first time, not expecting much. It just looks likes a generic place in a shopping strip from the outside. When we entered, we immediately saw how clean it was and how friendly everyone was there. They were very attentive throughout the course of our meal as well! They have a little robot that brings your food out to you but the server is right there ready to get the food off of the robot waiter. The food was absolutely divine! We got the fish and a shrimp dinner instead of the combination plates. The salads were great as well! Overall, our experience was extremely satisfactory and I would recommend this place to anyone. It was a delightful surprise!”

“One can tell at a glance that Lisa's cakes are gorgeous. The best surprise is they're also delicious! I had the pleasure of tasting 2 of Lisa's cakes along with her cupcakes before I ordered my own. That made our decision more difficult - what flavor? Know that it's impossible to go wrong. Delectable art. ?”

“Food was amazing. Kids over $7 have the most adult pricing. Thankfully we got the flyer from the outlets across the street so everyone was $19. There's a limited outlet menu, still AYCE, and still pretty good. Called ahead on a Friday night for a party of 11 and they sat us right away. 4 stars because they could have been a little more attentive.”
