The woman behind the counter didn’t clarify, but thankfully the mix‑up was caught early before anything went too far off track.

I’m fairly certain the lox bagel had a picture of an actual lox bagel on the menu, so I was surprised when mine arrived with only cream cheese. Traditionally, lox and cream cheese are layered together, so it threw me off a bit. That said, it still tasted good. The jalapeño bagel, though, was the real standout—easily one of the top three bagels I’ve ever had.

The inside of the restaurant is a little shabby, and the woman at the counter seemed a bit annoyed with us for just being alive, but the food itself was delicious, the prices were right, and overall it was a solid experience. I’d happily come back for those bagels alone.“

Then bought 6 today and it’s the same thing it’s mainly dough with a hint of cream cheese .
