“Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience here. The service was extremely poor, and our server was incredibly rude and had a bad attitude throughout our visit. He repeatedly rolled his eyes at us and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

What bothered us most was the way he served the food. Instead of placing the plates down normally, he would practically drop them onto the table from above with such an aggressive attitude that it felt disrespectful and almost as if he wanted to throw them at us.

Good food can’t make up for service that makes customers feel disrespected. I really hope management takes this seriously and provides better customer-service training.“

“We usually love this place. Last time though, there were some glitches. My summer fruit tea tasted like cough syrup mixed with coffee. The grilled pork tasted like it fell on a dish rag. The ice cream machine was dispensing milk. I think that machine has been broken almost every time we went for the last few months.

We loved it so much we went back the next day. Our choices were cold tuna, italian and the brisket sandwiches. All were very good choices. The clam chowder soup was a great compliment to the tuna. There are many restaurants where you can find good food, but it is much harder to find a restaurant where you receive great food AND exceptional, heartfelt service. Casa Orozco gave us both.
