“The bean and cheese dip made with canned cheese sauce and that decided the whole thing was it's supposed to be a mexican place come on. My friend got the chicken mole and it was actually pretty solid though a little sweet for my taste. I went with the carne asada tacos, nothing flashy but the meat was decent and the salsa had a good kick. They brought out chips and salsa without asking which i always appreciate, free stuff is a win. The place was busy on a saturday night but we got a table in like fifteen minutes without a reservation. I honestly didnt pay close attention to the bill so no idea if it was fair but the food hit the spot overall“

“One of my favorite places for sushi. I love the twist on the Lion King Roll with cheese. I also ordered the Golden Scallop Roll which may now be my absolute favorite.
Service is friendly, ample & easy parking, and usually when I go there it is not crowded.“

This place holds such a special spot in our hearts. My late husband first brought us here years ago, and coming back was a beautiful wave of nostalgia. “We decided to try Va de Vi Bistro & Wine Bar after reading about it online. We arrived in the mid-to-late afternoon without a reservation and were fortunate to get an indoor table before the dinner rush.

We started with a Cacio e Pepe Biscuit and wine. I wanted to explore their Spanish wine selection, so I tried all three options in 3 oz pours. We also shared the Beet Salad, made with golden beets, quinoa, and sherry vinaigrette, and the Ceviche Tostadas with mahi-mahi, mango salsa, and avocado. Both were delicious, although my wife managed to claim the third tostada!

For our main courses, we ordered the Paella and Linguine Gamberi. The paella, with saffron rice, seafood, chorizo, and shrimp, was particularly flavorful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the linguine as well. Despite being quite full, we couldn't resist the Dessert for Two, featuring key lime pie and three other small desserts. We managed to sample everything, although finishing it all was another matter!

Service was excellent throughout our visit. Our server was attentive, kept our wine glasses filled, and made sure we never waited long between orders. Other staff members promptly cleared our table after each course.

The indoor dining area was comfortable, and the outdoor garden seating looked beautiful and relaxing. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with delicious food, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere. We'd happily return.“

“We are new to the area and so far have had pizza from Bluebirds twice. First time my husband went and picked it up, the second we ate in. This is some of the best pizza we have ever had and my husband is from Philly. I’ve had pizza in NYC and this was better. Few tables inside but worth eating in, they have an unusual selection of beers and non alcoholic drinks. If you have never had Bluebirds, you have to eat there.“

“Tio's is about to become my regular haunt. I came in a few weeks ago and had a shawarma wrap with hummus and baba ganoush, and it was so incredibly good I was seeing stars. Today I ordered the veg sampler appetizer and the chicken beriani, and once again it's so good I nearly fell out of my chair. The beriani is so unlike anything I've had before, and I can't get enough of it. The falafel is the absolute best I've ever had - crunchy outside but perfectly moist inside. This place is an absolute gem - food made with love and intention, and incredibly kind and attentive staff.“

“Kaisen Don is a true joy. Owned and led by a trained chef from Japan and served by friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a wide selection of food, not just sushi. They have a very good selection of Sake and beer and offer three sample flights of Sake to let you learn more about the drink. You can always ask for recommendations to go with your meal. We've eaten in and taken out and have never had a bad meal from Kaisen Don. They are a regular stop for my family, and we take friends and family there from time to time as well.“

“Brasas do Brazil is an amazing place for a birthday celebration. It’s definitely on the expensive side, but the food was absolutely worth it. The quality of the meats was excellent, and everything we tried was delicious.

The service was also outstanding. They even brought out a dessert and sang Happy Birthday in Portuguese, which made the celebration extra special.

I was already so full that day, and my only regret was that I couldn’t eat more! Great food, great service, and a really fun experience. Definitely an awesome restaurant for a special occasion.“

“It was our first time at The Melt, and Luis made the whole visit feel easy and welcoming. He helped us choose what to try, and his recommendations were on point. The Meltburger was juicy and full of flavor, the Mac Daddy was crazy good, and the Three Cheese Classic tasted like real comfort food. Luis checked in on us, made sure everything came out hot, and you could tell he really cares about the guest experience. Because of him, our first visit turned into a new favorite spot.“

“Food was delicious, we ordered “medium” spice and it was a little too mild for our taste so we’ll order spicy next time. Had Lamb Vindaloo, Chicken Tikka and Veggie Korma with Butter Naan and Indian Pickles, so we kept it simple. Great flavors and everything was very fresh and hot. “Myself and a friend were looking for an ice cream joint in the Walnut Creek area, and happen to come across this place.

The owner is very friendly. We tried a variety of flavors, and then ended up getting the Roasted Cashew, Lemon Creme and the Strawberry.

The ice cream was very creamy and thick, with the right amout of sweetness. Extremely tasty. I always try ice cream at local joints, and this one exceeded all expectations. Will definitely come back, if I am in the area.“

The person that answered the phone had a really pleasant customer focused manner , nothing was too much trouble and he was so polite. I had the Mango 🥭 Avocado 🥑 Shrimp 🍤 Ceviche it was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth, I couldn’t stop eating it. Great tacos 🌮 everything was beyond my expectations. “First off the staff was smiling, attentive and not on their phones. The latte was perfection frothed, the espresso was delicious as was the little biscotti that was served with it. Facility was clean, moderately busy, I was able to get a table right away. I watched the staff and they were all so engaged in their work and the guests. Food was piping hot, perfectly seasoned. Eggs were poached perfect, sauce was not only not broken but seasoned slightly with Paprika for color. The pastry counter was spotless and their offered look fresh and inviting. Kudos to this place all around!! Its close to the freeway and parking is easy peasy.“

I'm not a drinker but was once, and the bar looks quite well stocked and with bartenders who are quick to smile. On the smaller side but nicely cozy inside. Some outside seating if you don't mind the visuals of the not overly busy parking lot (with meters, FYI), but which was *very* nice on a recent end-of-summer evening. I'm told they do a fair amount of take-out, but would never have realized it myself across several visits as it is well handled in ways inobtrusive on the dining experience.“
