Really high quality fish, what more can you ask from a sushi joint? Pleasant interior and a wide variety of less common Japanese dishes. They serve natto! The best sushi joint I've ever been to.
Delicious! Hamachi collar, Marina roll, and Donburi was fire. Def a little more pricey but the fresh was fresh and the traditional seating (shoes off, sitting on the floor) was cute for date night. Will be back!

Went here for my birthday recently. Couldn't get over how good that food was. I think i might've had a dream about it after. This could be one of the best sushi restaurants in the east bay, especially after so many places closed since covid or went under new management. The service was excellent, i loved the traditional decor, but the food. THE FOOD! So fresh and beautiful, perfect smell and color. I'll definitely come back.
