“I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one is well deserved.

When DELAH first opened, it was honestly pretty chaotic. The lines were long, the wait times were even longer, and it felt like the team was still finding their rhythm—which is totally understandable for a new, high-demand spot. That said, even back then, the drinks were always delicious.

We decided to give it some time, and I’m so glad we did. During Ramadan this year, we found ourselves coming here often after breaking our fast, and the difference has been night and day. Everything runs so much smoother now, and the experience has completely transformed—while the quality of the product has remained consistently amazing.

The pistachio latte is easily one of the best I’ve ever had—and I’ve tried it everywhere. Whether iced or hot, it doesn’t miss. The pistachio baklava is incredible, and the cheesecake… honestly one of the best I’ve had. The texture, the creaminess, the flavor—10/10 from start to finish.

What really stood out this time around, though, was the customer service—especially from Omais. He greets everyone with a genuine smile, brings great energy, and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. He’s friendly, patient, respectful, and gives great recommendations. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience.

Overall, this place has been amazing—clean, welcoming, and consistently delivering great quality. It’s officially become one of our regular spots, and we’ll definitely keep coming back.“

There is a quiet satisfaction in simplicity done well.

We ordered the large chili paneer pizza, without mozzarella. The paneer stood on its own—steady, unassuming, sufficient. Heat was present, but disciplined. Nothing excessive. Nothing lacking.

At the counter, Vidan carried himself with calm attentiveness. Paper plates were offered, sparing us an unnecessary burden. Coupons were given, not as persuasion, but as a measured gesture of goodwill.

No spectacle. No indulgence beyond what is needed.
Only a meal, prepared with balance, and service delivered with care.

“I feel like it is challenging to find cookies that are commercially made but truly taste, look, and feel homemade. Chip nailed that combination beautifully!! 🍪 The cookies are warm and baked to perfection (I love a crisp outside and gooey inside). Aside from this, I totally dig the ambiance and color scheme of these locations. I will definitely be coming back!“

“I'm here on vacation every winter. Lulu's is one of our favorite stops and we patronize it on a consistent basis. Unfortunately (for me) last night I deviated from my norm and ordered the London broil. It was over cooked (I requested medium) and I struggled through it. My appetizer was fine and my friends were delighted with their selections. Sometimes things simply don't meet expectations- I'm good and will plan to continue patronizing Lulu's“

“Joe's Pho Is really good I love it here! I always come here to eat, the soup is so delicious and full of good flavor. I ordered many pho from here and I try something different each time I go but the P4 and P7 are my usual orders. The short rib pho Is my favorite, tender rib and excellent taste, noodles are yummy and everything. I would also try the OX tail pho, that will fill you up. Great atmosphere with some cool hip hop music and dim lighting it feels very chill here and I love it!“

“Walking into the location, it's usually clean and nicely decorated with a unified theme of one piece. However, despite the 100+ degree weather outside, they didn't have the AC on, making it quite uncomfortable to sit inside for long. The Mango Snow is amazing – a refreshing icy/creamy drink with a strong mango flavor. Warning: The Matcha Drink, however, is disappointing; it was so bad that another customer threw theirs away and told their partner it was horrible“

“We ordered 6 dishes and everything was very good (taste and portion). This is the best restaurant (for casual dinner at East Bay area (Oakland, San Leandro, Hayward, Castro Valley, Union City, and Fremont).
There were many customers yesterday (Saturday) so go early to avoid the line if you want come to try.“

“I only got 8 ban chan, that's still ok. Just the side dishes alone made coming here worth it. The Yuk gae Jang spicy beef soup was very delicious, I use it as a barometer to determine the level of the chef kind of like you can use plain fried rice to determine the level of a Chinese chef.

1/2026- The potato ban chan is my personal favorite, followed up by the bean sprouts and kim chee.

“Peet’s is just awesome! The vibe, the coffee, and especially the chocolate brownie absolutely delicious. It’s rich, gooey, and perfectly satisfying. We never go anywhere else for chocolate brownies, it’s that good! Pairs beautifully with their medium roast drip coffee. One of our favorite go-to spots for a treat and some cozy time.“

“First time here and it can feel a bit out of place as it's a Chinese Restaurant smack in the middle of a mall that's normally occupied by American food.

The restaurant itself isn't that big compared to others, and the seats were tightly packed. There was a 45 minute delay from when we order the food till when the soup first arrived, and the rest of the food came shortly after. It was worth the wait as the food was fresh and tasty.“

“This location is always on top of their game. Every time I come in and/or order online the food is always fresh and hot. I’ve never had an issue at this location. It’s always clean and no loud annoying music like other places. The employees are always very friendly and helpful when ordering. One Employee who always stands out when I’ve been there is Ridhi. She always goes the extra mile such as, checking to see if the is fully completed with the correct items and cooked to perfection, always asking if I need any sauces with the order. So, if you’re looking to grab some pizza at a decent price on a time frame I highly recommend this location!

“I live in the mountains and this is always my first stop when I'm headed to the Bay Area. I've stopped here dozens of times over the years. The staff is consistently excellent. The food is consistently fresh and excellent. The store is small and clean, and the restrooms are always clean.“

Very good coffee, quick service and decent food/pastry options. I love their different flavors and every time their coffee hits the spot. They also have dairy free milk options. Definitely my go to place!

“My husband and I have noticed that the food and service had gone downhill the last few years. We decided to try it again and were pleasantly surprised. We had a great waiter (Andrew) who recommended their special beef taco plate which we had never tried. It was so good. We will definitely order again. Andrew went above and beyond. Thanks again. I think they've made some big changes here in the Dublin restaurant. There chips and salsa were great too.“

“This was the second time that I've eaten at Shalimar. Excellent Pakistani food. The freshly made bread are the best I've ever tasted. I enjoyed the chicken and beef dishes that I had for lunch so much that I bought another meal home for my family.“
