“Our first time here. We ordered Combo Kabob & Borani Badanjan and they were so good that we finished everything. Highly recommended. They are a small business so don’t expect fancy atmosphere. But if you’re into delicious Afghanistan food, this is it. I wasn’t planning to post so didn’t take any pictures but I think the restaurant deserves some credit and nice review so I started writing.“

“Clean restaurant. Falafel was great crispy outside fresh herbs inside. Shawarma was good. Lentil soup good. Baba ghanoush was delightfully smoky. Alameda sodas at the fountain (which I like). Hummus tasty. Much, much better than I expected in a sad little strip mall.“

“I mean I definitely don't come here for the atmosphere, but it's a very clean restaurant and it is well maintained.
I come here for the food when my bestie and God kids are in the mood for some Indian food. This spot always pulls through with the basics and my bestie usually branches out and tries a new dish when we stop in.
I personally think everything I've had here has been fresh and tasty and I've had zero complaints so far. Prices are really reasonable as well and we always wind up with plenty of leftovers, which are great the next day.“

“Biryanz is a cool, no-nonsense place in San Francisco when you’re craving authentic Indian biryani. The flavors are bold, the spices are well balanced, and the biryani feels satisfying and comforting—just the way it should be. The rice is cooked well, the portions are generous, and the aroma hits you as soon as the plate arrives.
The vibe is casual and relaxed, making it a great spot for a quick meal or an easy catch-up with friends. It’s not overly fancy, but that’s part of its charm—the focus is clearly on good food.
Overall:
If you’re in the mood for solid Indian biryani without too much fuss, Biryanz is definitely worth checking out.“

“This was the second time that I've eaten at Shalimar. Excellent Pakistani food. The freshly made bread are the best I've ever tasted. I enjoyed the chicken and beef dishes that I had for lunch so much that I bought another meal home for my family.“

“Dave’s Hot Chicken delivers crisp, aggressively seasoned fried chicken with real heat that actually tastes like something beyond capsaicin. The crust is shatteringly crunchy and well spiced, but it can verge on greasy if you wait too long to eat. The chicken inside stays juicy and tender, better than most fast casual competitors. The sliders are efficient but messy, the tenders are the stronger choice, and the fries are solid but dependent on sauce. Spice levels climb quickly, medium is already legitimately hot, anything above that is more bravado than flavor. Service is fast, seating is minimal, prices are fair for the quality. Overall, it is a high impact chicken spot that prioritizes flavor and heat over comfort or ambiance.“
