Chaat Cafe Reviews
We stopped here on our way to Yosemite after a quick run at the Target opposite to pick up some supplies. We originally came in just planning to grab some tea and a few snacks, but ended up staying for an early dinner instead, and we’re so glad we did!
The food was absolutely delicious with an authentic homemade taste. We ordered the non-veg thali and the tandoori chicken, and everything was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. It was such an unexpected find and...read full review

Amazing restaurant that serves chaat, food, and is very clean. This place is the kind of restaurant you’re not going to for the ambiance, but many of the reviews here that criticize the decor are totally missing the mark. For amazing chaat and food at affordable prices, I would strongly recommend. This is a local gem!
The food taste so good that I would rather come here every day then go to McDonald’s. It’s also more healthy.

Chaat Cafe is a clean and well-maintained restaurant. The food is fresh and tasty, with reasonable prices and plenty of leftovers. The lunch menu is a great value meal. The masala chai is not sweetened, allowing customers to sweeten to their taste, and the mango lassi is also enjoyable. Specific dishes like choole bhutre, aloo tikki chaat, and sev puri are delicious and freshly made. The veggie and paneer wraps are the best in town, and the chai, chaats, and snacks are just as good. However, some items like samosa chaat and dahi papdi chaat have tasted old and stale. The atmosphere can be loud with messy tables and crying children, which may affect the overall experience. A 9-year-old reviewer recommends the mild butter chicken and rice, mixed together for a super yummy meal. Prices are very reasonable.
