Great dark roast coffee and the pecan pastry was amazing. It tasted like pecan pie.
Panera used to be a nice spot to hang and chill, but now its like extremely cold in there. Now I genuinely can not sit still without freezing. I think a good temperature is around like 68 or so! Please fix it.

The young woman who helped a customer on 1/13/2025 was absolutely above and beyond. The coffee and the everything bagel with butter are customer favorites. The staff members are very helpful, especially the elderly lady. The cashier went out of her way to help a customer find a particular order, and another associate made sure the customer was comfortable and had a pleasant conversation.
