First time here. Long line to get in but it moved fairly quickly. Had the Roast beef Aburasoba. Mind-Boggling GOOD! The flavor was out of this world! The service was fantastic!! I can’t wait to go back again!
The casual vibe and the traditional Japanese welcoming is so inviting. Everything we had was delicious. I definitely recommend this spot!
Great food! Great service!

Kajiken is a new restaurant located in a shopping center in Dublin, across from Emerald High School. It specializes in aburasoba, a unique soupless ramen where flavors are created by mixing ingredients at the bottom of the bowl. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes including the Nikumori Aburasoba, which features spicy minced pork, pork slices, green onions, and a raw egg that adds richness to the meal. Customers have praised the thick and chewy noodles that hold onto flavors well, making for a fulfilling dining experience.
Appetizers like gyoza and takoyaki are also popular, with the gyoza being noted for its crisp bottom and soft top. The ambiance is pleasant, and the service is generally quick, especially during off-peak hours. While some reviews mention that the prices are higher than the original location in San Mateo and that the noodles can be slightly overcooked, most diners appreciate the overall quality and taste of the food. The restaurant has specials on Fridays and Tuesdays, making it an appealing option for both lunch and dinner. With large portions and a clean environment, Kajiken is considered a great addition to the local dining scene, worth a visit for those looking to try something different.
