They gave me coleslaw that wasn't good. It was old and slimey and when I brought it to the cashier and told it was no good. I told her give me mac and cheese instead she said it was a different price. So Popeyes you sold me stale coleslaw and refused to change it. Worst customer service.
It takes them forever to serve people in drive thru. Had to literally wait for 20+ mins in the lane to place an order. This is not the first time however nor a peek lunch hour. Not sure what the hold up is but definitely not fun to stick around forever to place an order.

Dine-in chicken sandwiches were ok. But tenders and wings were not even warm, room temperature.I don’t know what it is in tenders. And see red stuff’s in wings. Wing sauce was white, garlic.
