Went here recently for a team event and everyone had fun. The staff was accommodating and there wasn't too much of a delay. My only gripe was that on one of our runs the final two laps were left at a half speed so no one was able to get a chance to beat their lap times. Also during the race they had to suspend the run to replace 2 karts that looks like ran out of power.
Came in for drift night. Didn't know that it was first come first serve and they were sold out!! Spoke to the manager Roxanne and she was able to squeeze me and my nephew in for two runs! She made our night! She was very courteous, professional and understanding! Roxanne is a rockstar!!
