My first time having South indian food. The server brought me dosa and some other things to try. It was all delicious! I will be back and take photos to update my review.
Curd Rice was done right!
The food and service was really good. We got the chicken curry and the madras dosa. Really enjoyed our meal. We'll be back!

Raya is a welcoming restaurant that offers a variety of flavorful South Indian dishes. The food is fresh, hot, and well-cooked, with dishes like Dosa, Chicken Biriyani, mutton curry, and chicken 65 receiving high praise. Many reviews mention the crispy dosas, such as Madras masala and coriander, which are delicious with their accompanying sauces. The restaurant also features vegetarian options and a good selection of appetizers, including plantain, chicken 65, and cheese dosa for kids. Portions are generous, and the spices are well-balanced, making the dishes rich in flavor. The meal experience is enhanced by the excellent service, with staff providing accurate descriptions of the spice levels and dishes. The ambiance appears modern and clean, with shiny, new decor and elegant gold utensils adding a touch of elegance. Parking is easy, and the restaurant is not crowded during weekday visits, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The highlight for many is the quality of the food and the friendly, helpful staff, especially the owner who shares great insights about the menu. Desserts like mango lassi and rose milk are available, though some find them less memorable. Overall, Raya offers a warm atmosphere with tasty dishes, making it a place worth visiting again for those interested in South Indian cuisine.
