Amazing first time here! Service was outstanding, very attentive and willing to accommodate an allergy with no problem.

Excellent customer service. Both cashiers were so friendly and nice that it showed they care about their customers. Hamburgers were great and the salted caramel milkshake was very good! Highly recommend this location!

The service is always incredible, with staff like the General Manager and Assistant Manager being patient and helpful. They walk customers through the menu and help discover healthier choices like the sweet potato fries and green beans. Their positive attitudes and bubbly personalities make the experience welcoming and relaxed. The veggie burger is the best in the US, and the restaurant celebrates a person's life and birthday by giving a free Charburger during their birthday month. However, the wait time can be a lil long, and the staff are very busy, probably needing to hire more people. The restrooms always need attention. There have also been issues ordering food using a kiosk, where an order was not in the store after waiting 15 minutes, reminding customers not to trust the Kiosk too much.
