“Great location, friendly staff and I got my items on time after ordering in the App on my way there. All in all it's a decent location and I would say it upholds Starbucks' standard of consistent quality across it's chain. I don't seem to remember my breakfast sandwich being heating the same way it is done at the majority of stores recently (in those fast ovens) -- I didn't watch them or look at the equipment, only sharing my observation based on the doneness of my sandwich as I remember it (it was on the less done side where I prefer extra hot and crispy). I wonder if Starbucks should consider that as another customization option?! Half-kidding.“
“New crew! I know that this location lost a lot of staff all at once and has to hire several ew employees. During this time, the coffee was horrible. I and many people I work with stopped going here because it was a waste of my money.This is no longer true! They have new workers who make some of the best coffee I’ve had at a Starbucks. I am SO happy I can start coming back here again. This has turned out to be one of the best Starbucks around!“

If ordering ahead, you will need to allow at least 35 to 40 minutes.Vegetarian options: You have a choice or two in each food category, such as lunch or breakfast.Parking: There is parking on both sides and you can enter the building from both sides. I've rarely ever been without a parking spot.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking in front with leveled ground to roll on into the store.“
“So go to order. There is no acknowledgment that im standing there at the front of the line by the middle aged lady... No big deal, it happens. A very nice, younger asian lady eventually shows up and greets me to take my order, which was a latte. As i am waiting for my order, after some time, the middle aged woman puts a drink out and says "Latte". I asked "is this the coconut latte" and she snaps, "That's not yours". Okaaay... so I just leave to get a separate item (I'm inside safeway). When I returned, I see Mrs. Grumpy pants placing what looks to be my drinks down, since I'm the only one there. I didn't confirm. Wouldn't want to upset her with my annoying questions. This SB still gets 5 stars because the other girl was very nice and people have their bad days. But I'm posting this in case you're always having bad days, in which case, quit being a b*tch. :-)“
“Not to invalidate anyones poor experience but the bad reviews are shocking. I live down the road and have been coming here almost everyday for 3 years and work for hours. This is of the better starbucks in this area.The staff is wonderful, friendly and as fast as they can be! They remember the locals and daily customers by name, often following up on their lives and past conversations. They are often slammed with large mobile orders, doordash orders, workers and students throughout the day. They are in fact very busy. I found it best to do my mobile order 10 minutes or so prior to arriving and I RARELY wait for my food/drinks. I notice them reading the orders, working together and genuinely trying to do their best. I would say around 2:30-3pm I avoid this location due to the students getting out, being loud, and in your space, etc.I think people run to yelp after a bad experience and take it personally. The staff here does care and that's rare.“
“Picked up some refreshing Starbucks after a filling meal at Gum Kuo. Really nice barista who cleaned the credit card machine to show the emphasis of CLEAN especially during covid szn. Barista even wrote a happy message on the cup, really made my day !“
“I wish I caught the two lovely baristas name this morning! They were able to help me with my order, suggesting different drinks when I mentioned I wanted something with caffeine and no dairy. Not only did they have the patience for my fumbling thoughts, they were able to give me this beautifully designed iced drink. I've never gotten coffee art at any Starbucks and this flower design made my day! Thank you guys!!“
“Sheila was super amazing in helping me this morning and was super nice. It's refreshing to come to Starbucks and feel like you're cared for. Not a lot of managers go out of their way for customers the way she did today, and you are very appreciated! I will return to this location again and again“
“This Starbucks is just the most quaint drive thru I have ever seen. Believe it or not, they are quicker than many of the full service walk-in at Starbucks. There is a walk-up, but no walk in and sit down.None the less, I love this spot. Highway accessible, there is a Wingstop, Taco Bell near by and a Dollar Tree. Good location.. traffic flows well over here. The staff at this Starbucks is extremely polite, and the service is quick. Never in line longer than 5-7 minutes.“
