“This is a wonderful little Starbucks. It’s small and cozy, yet offers plenty of seating options and power outlets. There’s a good mix of tables and chairs, along with some comfortable loungers — and honestly, loungers are key. Every coffee shop should have a few.
The staff actively walk around asking if you’d like a water refill, which really speaks to the level of service. Definitely well worth a visit.“
“The baristas here make my drink so well pretty much every time. I order a 2/3 decaf iced shaken espresso and it doesn’t taste like bean water here! And I know it’s decaf because I’m sensitive to caffeine (heart palpitations) but still love the taste of coffee.
Also really appreciate the team that works on Sunday mornings! Very friendly and considerate staff.“
“New crew! I know that this location lost a lot of staff all at once and has to hire several ew employees. During this time, the coffee was horrible. I and many people I work with stopped going here because it was a waste of my money. This is no longer true! They have new workers who make some of the best coffee I’ve had at a Starbucks. I am SO happy I can start coming back here again. This has turned out to be one of the best Starbucks around!“
“This store touched my soul. This may be a company campaign but, the way it was carried out and reactions the public had was so heart warming. They also have box to give free brand new socks to the homeless or needy. That campaign is called Socktober. Too cute! I always stop here on my drive to San Jose. Now I go anytime I'm within 10 miles. Just too great of a atmosphere to pass up. Good luck all.“
“Service is always great at this location. This is one of only 2 Starbucks with a drive through in the area, so even though the wait is a little long, it's not nearly as bad as the one in Pleasanton. Expect 12-15 minutes when there are more than a few cars.“
“Honestly, the BEST Starbucks. Why? Because the employees are actually the sweetest people. They remembered my name since day one, they always make me laugh, and now have become friends! Sometimes I don't even want coffee but I just look forward to seeing the awesome people there - they make my day!“
“So I had to rewrite my review of this Starbucks cause the last one didn’t do it justice. My name is John and I drive to this Starbucks in my Blue Chevy work truck Every day. I’m the kind of guy that is a hard-working man all the time. At the end of my day, all I look forward to is my coffee, a cigarette, and some good rock ‘n’ roll.
Everybody that works at this Starbucks gets my order out in lightning speed like they’re practically one of the avengers And I’ve never had a wrong order given to me or lack of quality ever.
The personality of this group of people that work at the Starbucks are absolutely amazing. Every single person has a unique way of socializing and great customer service like you would expect when you go to spend your money.
I don’t just go there for the coffee every day I go there for the people. If you want to go to a Starbucks where they make you feel like a friend or family go to this location and I guarantee that that’s how they’ll make you feel.
Today, one of the barista’s Abby, Who is my favorite, Decided to come out and just simply say hi on her break because she saw me pull through the drive-through which I thought was really nice of her. Some people just have a unique way of being friendly with others and I would describe her personality and smile like the same feeling. I get looking at a Christmas tree on Christmas morning..
So ladies and gentlemen, you can’t go wrong At this location! If you’ve read to this point, I commend you for not rolling your eyes if you haven’t already, but I just love good old-fashioned great customer service.
