“​I love this Starbucks location on Great Mall Parkway! It’s fairly new, having only been open for a couple of years, and the service is already top-tier. The staff is consistently amazing and the management is fantastic!

Becca and her crew are always so helpful and positive. She never complains and always greets you with a genuine smile. It’s a great, well-managed spot and the vibes are always perfect!“

“Happy coffee! First time stopping at this Starbucks with a couple of friends. Walked in about 30 to 45 minutes before they closed on a Friday or Saturday night. Lounging area; 3 diff varitions & cozy. Needed some feedback on a couple of drinks as well as suggestions and staff stepped up to the plate. They were helpful & super sweet all through our visit and when it was time to close, they were just as respectful, courteous and patient.“

“Friendly and inviting. Handicap Parking right by the door. Well laid out floor plan. Nice clean accessible bathrooms. Staff was attentive and chatted me up as I ordered. Nice to see them take an interest in me. Ordering was prompt and precise. My drink came out the exact way I like it. I observed the staff working in complete unison. They have a busy drive-thru so I preferred to come in. Seating area was clean and neat. I observed them wiping down tables and keeping it warm and friendly.

One thing that stood out was the Starbucks delivery driver. He made a point to not block aisle or access. He was very courteous to both patrons and staff. It's a grueling job but he did it with a smile even as he worked thru the rainy conditions.

I found the store very refreshing. Will definitely return to this store for my daily tea and coffee.“

“Decided I wanted Starbucks this morning. However, I did not quite what I wanted when I first arrived. So, I checked the app and they have a Chai special drink and it looked so good. I also decided on the sausage, bacon and cheese wrap.

At first, I got 1 pump of syrup instead of the 4 pumps it came with because I did not know if it would be too sweet. Well, I actually add 2 more pumps upon tasting. I will buy this again.

The wrap was ok, but it does not have much of either meat in it and I did not know it had potatoes. I won't probably get this one again.

The restaurant was clean. Ppl seemed to be hanging out and working. The staff were pleasant as well.“

“Drinks always taste great and the service is fantastic. It's nice when Baristas remember your order and name. I usually order a few times during the week with the mobile app before heading to work and it's been very convenient. This branch also has a drive-thru for speedier service.“
