Starbucks in Santa Clara

“This Starbucks location in Santa Clara has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the area. The store is always clean and well-maintained, and the outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying a coffee on a sunny day.

The staff here is consistently friendly and helpful. I've been particularly impressed by the manager, who always goes the extra mile to ensure we have a positive experience. Their attention to detail, from bringing our drinks to us outside to remembering our preferred orders, makes us feel like valued customers.

Today, my daughter joined us for a coffee, and the staff once again exceeded our expectations. They brought her drink out to her, making her feel welcome and special.

If you're looking for a great Starbucks in Santa Clara, I highly recommend giving this location a try. You won't be disappointed.“

“This is one of the better Starbucks out there, I'm not quite sure why some are better than others, but this one consistently has the best coffee you can get from a Starbucks. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and will learn who you are if you come in often. This has become my favorite Starbucks, and I will stop here preferentially on my commute, even if i pass other ones earlier.“

“Shoutout to John man. I’m usually a zombie before my first caffeine hit, but his energy is infectious. He’s super chill, actually remembers my name, and makes the best brown sugar shaken espresso I’ve had at this location. Starbucks needs more people like him, he genuinely makes my morning better!“

“In my opinion, it is one of the biggest Starbucks stores with high ceilings and great modern design. Despite their $35 million dollars lawsuit loss, somehow, they continue to give customers Venti size very hot tea in a single cup, instead of doubling the cup for stability to hold the hot drink. With a Venti size, the volume and cup design makes the cup very squishy, resulting in people burning their hand or other body parts. I guess a company and its staff can be for every WOKE agenda, but not common sense!“

“This review is for the London Fog latte here. It's wonderfully made. I usually get it without any additional syrups and the slight sweetness nicely complements the earl grey tea. They seem to use high quality bergamot orange oil in the tea instead of the cheap versions, where the flavor disappears after a couple of minutes. While the tea leaves could be a bit higher quality with less bitterness, the sweetness and milk offset that and you won't taste any bitterness until the very bottom. The best thing is that the fragrance of bergamot orange persists even hours later in the tea latte. It's executed as nicely as any tea shop or cafe I've visited in London.

“First time at this Starbucks due to a quick run into Safeway. No line. My frappuccino was ready in less than 2 mins. The cashier and barista were very nice. Starbucks baristas inside Safeway tend to not be as pleasant but I had a good experience here. Drink was great. I also took advantage of a Safeway coupon for a $2 frappuccino. It made my day!“

“Just running my errands and decided to check out this starbucks. Sometimes you have to switch up your routine. The staff is actually delightful, and the sweet Asian lady who took my order at the front actually offered me a knife to cut my falafel wrap which was an unexpected and fancy gesture 😂. Good vibes in this starbucks I loved it. 🥰“

“My mom ordered a dragon fruit drink thingy, and I ordered a sugar free vanilla matcha protein drink (MEDIUM since the girl that was working said it was a .30 cent diff, TY) and I wish I took a photo but they wrote Enjoy in purple cursive on the drink itself.

“I personally love Starbucks! The staff are a little slow, but they're always so nice! One woman even complimented me on my hair :))) The lines in the morning ARE pretty long, but that is no surprise for a coffee shop 😂

The one thing I didn't like though was that once when I asked for no ice, the barista asked for an additional dollar (that never happened in other Starbuckses). I was so confused, I'm paying for the drink not the ice! Why do I have to pay for the drink again when there's no ice??? I hope that never happens again, I felt very awkward and uncomfortable in that situation :(
(That is why I only order frappuccinos now, because they mix the ice with the drink)“

“Had the worse week of my life but thought to treat myself to a Starbucks before work.

Drink was made perfectly and it had a sweet note written on it. I know that this Starbucks faces very high traffic so i just wanted to give a big thank you to whoever took their time to write this lovely note and cute smiley face. It truly made my day better 🫶🏽“
