Great customer service! Ordered on line via mobile order, walked in anzd drink was ready!
They work incredibly slow. Zero urgency. Multiple times my food sits on the counter while they cook more food. Why not run the completed food to the pick up area while other food is cooking rather then standing there waiting for the oven to be done. Multi tasking and urgency they lack at this location. The staff here was so nice, they walked us through a replacement for a shaken espresso, helped us sample it and made us two perfect drinks! Will definitely visit again :)
