Rude worker Mikayla , heavy set female. Gave me attitude when asking to remake my drink which was : Cold milk. Lol. She made it with ice and when i asked to remake it she said it's my fault i didn't put no ice on the app and have to wait 10-15 min for them to repour a glass of milk . By the way; there is no option on the mobileOrder to put no ice for milk. Who puts ice in their milk? Rude af.
The employees and managers here hate mobile orders. They mark everything unavailable and make you wait 30 minutes in line just to order what should be available on the app. I talked to the manager and she said the network was down. This is the 4th time this happened to me here at this location. This is pure laziness.
