The service is honestly super great. I ordered at the wrong location from my app and called in to tell them just so they wouldn't have drinks sitting in at the bar. The person I spoke to (Emilia) was super nice about it and even went out of her way to ask her manager about a refund or a remake. I wasn't able to make it in the same day but came back two days later and she remembered the conversation. I received exceptional service today from Bob! He was so kind and helpful when the sandwich I ordered was out of stock. He even went out of his way to give me a gift card that said "your next one is on us". He made my day without even realizing it. This man should get a promotion or something! He really went above and beyond.
