Explain to me why a coffee shop directly across from a college campus closes so early... 6:00pm on weekdays? 4:00pm on weekends?Starbucks has been making a lot of mistakes lately, but the biggest mistake is ordering a latte and expecting it to taste like espresso. Everything here either tastes burnt to a crisp, or it tastes like diabetes after the pump a gallon of sugary chemicals into your drink. Support small business, support good coffee, go somewhere else and spend your money on something you will actually enjoy drinking.

No tables inside. Tables outside look like they haven't been cleaned since world war 2. Coffee was hot. Service was friendly but chip reader did not work, they said it was the chip reader's issue. Lack of line direction, got cut in line because there was no direct line like in a traditional Starbucks. Mostly mobile orders.
Arrived Sunday 2:40pm, closes 4:00pm. Patio was already being closed, and there is no indoor seating. Didn't buy anything, will avoid Starbucks if I can't even sit down somewhere to drink my coffee. I could have gone to another coffee shop if I'd known it was effectively closed.

The service is honestly super great. I ordered at the wrong location from my app and called in to tell them just so they wouldn't have drinks sitting in at the bar. The person I spoke to (Emilia) was super nice about it and even went out of her way to ask her manager about a refund or a remake. I wasn't able to make it on the same day but came back two days later and she remembered the conversation. They re-made my drinks to perfection, and I appreciated just how nice and accommodating they were about the situation even during a Friday morning rush.
