The staff, including Aimee, Ariel, Emma, Amanda, Leon, and Julia, are described as very warm, attentive, professional, and welcoming. Aimee in particular is noted as the most helpful cashier, always having a smile, being kind, and knowledgeable about the menu. She once gave a sample of a pink drink to grandchildren, saving the customer nearly ten dollars. The team also showed honest and caring service by keeping a lost cellphone safe for a customer. The atmosphere is above-par for a Starbucks, with plenty of seating in varying styles for meeting, studying, or just having a coffee.
