Cashier employee went to sweep something when she saw me walk in instead of taking my order. Lack of people skills. I’ve worked in food and retail and customers always come first. I waited for minutes even though no one was ahead of me. At least the guy working both food, drinks, and (he had to grab the cashier- her job) was nice.
I have been coming here for years! Years meaning my son was in elementary school across it and now he is in HS in Mountain View and I still keep coming back here. Why? Because Mary, Tony and Jose are the BEST Barista you will ever find! Not only they make my drink on point they have the best absolute customer service!

First time at this Starbucks due to a quick run into Safeway. No line. My frappuccino was ready in less than 2 mins. The cashier and barista were very nice. Starbucks baristas inside Safeway tend to not be as pleasant but I had a good experience here. Drink was great. I also took advantage of a Safeway coupon for a $2 frappuccino. It made my day!
