Starbucks Coffee Company has refreshed its atmosphere with a new look that feels warm and inviting. The new furniture is comfy, the wall art is beautiful, and the music is relaxing without being blaring. Staff walk to each table and ask if customers would like a cup of water, and they bring back the “for-here” cups. When a pastry was not brought quickly, the staff went above and beyond with kindness to fix it. Customers use the space to work, read books, use laptops, or hang out with friends in the cozy environment. The cold brew is made quickly and hits every time, while the new protein caramel drink did not please one customer. Seating is comfortable, and many people sit while waiting for reservations at the next door Bloom. Employees refill water, a service not found at other locations. The location is a true neighborhood coffeehouse and gathering place, praised for its caring staff partners and quick service. It has become a welcoming spot for people who want to relax with coffee rather than just take it out.
